Pappasito’s Cantina serves up succulent sizzling fajitas and some of the best chips and homemade salsa north of the Rio Grande. In addition to traditional Tex-Mex favorites, Pappasito’s at Hilton Americas-Houston offers specialty ceviches and crudos, unique to the downtown location.
