From country musician Pat Green and restaurateurs Kyle Noonan and Josh Sepkowitz, The Rustic unveiled its third location in Avenida Houston, next to George R. Brown Convention Center. The enormous 25,000-square-foot restaurant features its giant signature U-shaped bar at the center of the indoor dining room and a large outdoor patio with a retractable roof.
Located in the heart of Downtown Houston, The Rustic offers a large selection of spirits and beer (more than 40 on tap) and lively music lineups. Guest can come as is. But be prepared for a meal. With its casual atmosphere and full-service dining experience featuring farm-fresh, Southern cooking like cactus fritters, burgers, and family-sized portions of carnitas or brisket with sides like jalapeño spoon bread, potato salad or tamales. Plus, there is a Texas-sized selection of wines. Not to mention, The Rustic is also known around Texas for having some of the most Instagrammable drinks in the country, particularly the frozen Rimy Rita.
