Lauded as Houston's "most anticipated new restaurant," Xochi brings the flavors of Oaxaca, Mexico to Downtown Houston. Award-winning chef Hugo Ortega's second restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Marriott Marquis and has outdoor seating for guests to view Discovery Green and downtown life.
Every Sunday, Xochi offers a one-of-a-kind brunch buffet. With the action surrounding this year's Art Car Parade, famed actor, comedian and writer Cheech Marin will attend, promoting his new memoir. Marin will also be the Grand Marshal for this year's Houston Art Car Parade, taking place on April 8th. Additionally, he is the brand ambassador for Tres Papalote Mezcal, an Oaxaca tequila and available item at Xochi.
Xochi will be offering Tres Papalotes Mezcal cocktails for $6 during brunch - 11 am to 2:30 pm. Cheech will be available from 11 am to 1 pm to visit with guests and sign copies of his memoir and Chicanitas art book. Both will be available on-site. Please note: no memorabilia signing.
